satisfied with an item that you purchase you may request an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) to return the item for exchange or refund

to return all items may result in a return of the entire shipment to the

the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the
customer for replacement of the missing components. The same applies if
the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear.

insurance when returning merchandise. Customers are responsible for

the container inside a proper shipping box with cushioning to prevent

allow returns on the following items: Opened software, headsets,
headphones, ear phones, or ear buds. If you are unsure, please
contact DictationPros.com before ordering.
If you receive
a product that is damaged, contact DictationPros.com immediately. Damaged
items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt for immediate
replacement or credit. Damage due to misuse is not covered and
will void the product's warranty.
DictationPros.com will pay all costs of returning and replacing damaged

your original payment method with-in 3-5 business days after receiving and
examining your return.
DictationPros.com reserves the right to refuse any return that is damaged
