Once the verification process is complete, Fusion integrates with your existing coding system to complete the process.

A Digital Coding Solution

Fusion CAC™ integrates with your document management and clinical systems creating a digital workplace for on-site and off-site coders. Once the chart coding event is completed, the entire chart is saved within Fusion CAC™ and is now searchable. Every resulting ICD9 or CPT code, rendered by the system, is hyperlinked and cross-referenced back to the reports, keywords and phrases providing the supporting documentation.
